If you have a clientele base that would benefit from the concepts and ideas of self-care, I would love to conduct this webinar on behalf of your business. I am currently working with a number of yoga studios across the country who offer this Zoom class in addition to their regularly scheduled classes. Webinars are scheduled for 1 hour and offer interactive opportunities. The Zoom link can be provided by me or you.
The participant fee is flexible and is typically guided by you. Revenue is a simple percentage split between me and business. No additional charge if you'd like me to provide the Zoom link. You conduct all the marketing and promotions. Contact me for more details and scheduling.

I have had the privilege to conduct this webinar for groups of 100+ people at virtual company wellness events or simply as a standalone offering for their employees. The webinar may be offered for one hour (with limited interaction) or 90 minutes (for more interaction and time for Q&A).

SELF-CARE 101: PRIORITIZING YOURSELF IN A BUSY WORLD
Today's busy world can make it challenging to focus on your well-being. Create a plan to jump-start your self-care practice. Learn the benefits of self-care, managing your energy, saying “no” and asking for help. Leave with tangible ideas on physical, emotional, spiritual and mental self-care. The goal is to have you leave feeling motivated and equipped to use the self-care techniques to cultivate your own practice.
About the facilitator: Shoma is a busy mom of two who, like many women, balances the daily juggle of work, childcare and household duties. Finding time to focus on herself has changed her life, and now her passion is to help others do the same. She is a certified life coach, trained in MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) and ran in-person workshops for two years before reformatting it into a webinar for the current environment.
