Session 1 is six months long and covers the first six chapters in The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life. It is recommended you take this session before you take the second one, if you choose to continue. 

Month 1: Motherhood and Identity - Reconnecting with Who You Are
“Who you are cannot be defined by a single role. We are, at our core, complex beings - and we become even more complex after having children.” Rediscover the activities you loved to do before your big life change and use them to reconnect with yourself.

Month 2: The Transformative Power of Self-Care
“Self-care is about nurturing yourself on all levels –physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually – so you can live, love and parent optimally.” Explore these four areas to see where you need the most nurturing and create a plan to start making self-renewal a part of your everyday life. 

Month 3: Creating Your Personal Support System
“We all need support - lots of it. We weren't meant to do everything for ourselves.” It's a sign of strength to ask for help. So why do we find it so hard to do? Take steps to outline your support system and learn how it leads to better emotional health and resiliency. 

Month 4: Managing Your Energy - Setting Priorities, Say No and Asking for Help
“Based on the way we as women are socialized - to put others first, to be the nurturers, to be selfless - one of the hardest things for many of us to do is to say no." Inspect the activities that fill your day and assess whether they are filling or draining your energy bank. If the latter, learn creative ways to say no to protect your energy boundaries. 

Month 5: Good Is Good Enough
“Part of being able to relax into the mentality of 'good is good enough' is understanding where your priorities lie. We have a finite amount of energy to devote to what's really important to us." Learn to soften the incredible demands we place on ourselves. 

Month 6: Let Your Light Shine - Owning Your Personal Power
“Personal power is about living your truth, aligning with your life purpose and expressing your authentic self.” Personal power comes when you love yourself first. But self-love wasn't something that was taught or discussed when most of us were growing up. Examine how self-acceptance leads to courage and fully expressing our potential.

I currently have space to facilitate two new groups and would love to engage with your group to bring transformational change and life balance to each individual. You bring a group of 4 or more people together, and I'll take care of the rest including finding a location if needed. You need to commit to six days, preferably monthly, but a different time cadence works fine too (e.g., every 2 weeks or every 2 months).
